Our aqua pack can be placed in the freezer for cooling relief or the microwave for warmth.Full directions are imprinted on each piece. The pack can be cleaned with mild soap detergent or alcohol. Discard if punctured. Do not use on infants under age 2. To use heat: Wrap pack with damp cloth or paper towel. Microwave for 30 seconds and additional 5 second intervals until desired temperature is reached.To use cold: Freeze for at least 2 hours.
