PAVING STONE
Please read the following before completing the paving stone form above:
- Paving stones may have three lines of engraving; 15 spaces per line
- Paving stones may include the name of an individual, couple or family along with city/state or city/country
- Only ONE date
- Only 15 characters, including spaces, can fit on a line
- Company names, slogans or phrases such as In Memory of can not be included
- Paving stone can take up to 12 weeks to be placed on our Avenue of Angels
BOOK and CERTIFICATE
The purchase of a paving stone includes a certificate and copy of The Gift of Life, the autobiography of founder Henri Landwirth.
